This project was for a young family of 4 with 2 small children. They wanted a clean space that makes the condo bright and airy. The living room has a daybed that can convert into a queen bed at night for the kids to sleep in. During the day, it is put away as a sofa, while the "center table" double's as a kids' table.
Since it was done in 2020, we added a small "foyer" at the entryway that serves as a sanitation area before you come in the home.
This home actually has a number of hidden storage strategies that we applied, especially in the bedroom where the headboard up to the cabinets at the foot of the bed are storage areas. The daybed and the bed itself have drawers for storage as well. This way, the unit stays uncluttered.
We used a huge mirror at the dining area to reflect a lot of light, making the space look and feel quite spacious.
