These are homes that we designed to be thoughtful, livable spaces that grow with the individuals and families that live in them.
Urban tropical haven
4-BEDROOM, 2 STOREY HOUSE IN LAGUNA
This home belongs to a young family whose only brief was to make their house “comfortable” and “nice”. The architecture and landscape was already designed in a tropical style, so I took inspiration from that for the social areas, and I gave more intimate touches for each of the bedrooms. The main textures were the beautiful wood grains found throughout the house in the form of Narra planks, accented by splashes of cool greens and blues.
This house was also featured in MyHome magazine for their October 2017 issue.
TALES OF A WANDERER
3-BEDROOM CONDO WITH 2 BALCONIES
(96 SQUARE METERS)
As an expat living abroad, the owner of this condo wanted a place of his own in the Philippines that told the story of his own travels all over the world. He wanted a place in the industrial style, but personalized with décor and items that he collected himself from past adventures in other places. The challenge was to fit enough storage space in the small bedrooms, as well as maintain enough wall space and display shelves to accommodate his present and future collections.
The living area in particular, was planned as if the dining and the living room were one single space. This made the space look bigger that most units this size. An added kitchen bar zoned the kitchen without making it feel cramped, while at the same time, providing an additional prep area.
SPARKING A COZY MINIMALIST’S JOY
1 BEDROOM CONDO IN QUEZON CITY
Contemporary, feminine, and sophisticated, this condo is an exercise in understated minimalism. Where most minimalist interiors are stark and generally not accessorized, this space is made alive by copper accents and splashes of color in a small and narrow space.
Maximizing natural light was a big factor in this interior, with the wall between the living area and the bedroom was replaced with a glass partition, complete with glass sliding door.
This project features storage solutions perfect
for urban small space living. Namely, the raised bedroom floor, with the desk and the big wardrobe in the bedroom. The dining table was replaced with a bar table instead, giving way to a bigger circulation area, a bigger sofa and more
